Kaldor has released his opensaber 13.01 modification. It will soon be available on jkhub.
For now you can get the server-side modification and information here:

Be sure to check out the /manual command ingame and read the readme, aswell as the information to be found on github (source), to get a complete picture of what the modification is and for who it was made. The file is also findable on the t3 ftp server and was posted in the t3 download section.
